    Dear customer,

    We hope you are doing great. We are currently experiencing an unscheduled downtime at a bank level from DBS bank and all our payouts are being affected due to this. We are working with the bank to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Please note that our other providers such as IDFC are working fine for payouts, we would request you to route volumes via them.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    We will keep you posted once the issue has been resolved and back to full functionality.
